Sports Injuries

The rising popularity of sport means that more people are getting hurt doing their chosen sport. Barring accidents, most sports injuries are preventable but you need to know how and why. Most people know more about their cars than how their bodies work. This is where I fit in. My mix of detailed knowledge of body mechanics and unique manipulatory skills mean that my treatment is being sought out by athletes from many disciplines at all levels.

It doesn’t matter if you’re an Olympic level athlete or an occasional jogger. If you are carrying a nagging injury or are unable to do your best because of fear of injury, then you could come and see me. Once we’ve got you better – I’ll teach you how not to injure yourself again, by means of stretching and strengthening exercises. For the top-level athlete, we can improve cardio-vascular performance so that your athletic performance is boosted.
